Many of you love our pantyliner, but needed extra coverage. Enter the GladRags Pantyliner Plus! The most comfortable solution for light flow, menstrual cup back-up, or every day use, this slim pantyliner provides plenty of light absorbency coverage without any bulk.
Our Pantyliner is equivalent to a small disposable pantyliner. Our Pantyliner Plus features additional length and wider wings for extended coverage.
I love these reusable liners. I love the length of them and have no issues regarding slipping or bunching. I was using disposable liners but found it was making me itchy. I tried two other kinds of reusable liners but found one not very soft and the other wasn't wide enough so it bunched my underwear (and I'm a fairly slim woman). I bought a 3 pack and fell in love with them. I recently purchased the 7 pack and my sisters each took 1 to try themselves and love it too. I wear mine as back up while wearing my menstrual cup and by itself at night and on lighter days. I love them. They are extremely soft and wash up well. I see they are on sale right now and am contemplating buying more.
I have been a happy GladRags user for close to 20 years, and I've never looked back! I have always used a one-liner day pad for everyday use, but decided to try the pantyliner plus, and really found I like them. Less issues with bunching up while still helping feel fresh.
So glad these are available - They are just the amount of coverage and absorbency I wanted. They are not at all bulky, but still feel like secure menstrual cup back-up, and for spotting and everyday. The shape keeps them from shifting, though they are wider than the regular pads, so it depends what underwear you use them with. They work perfectly with the Hanes ComfortSoft stretch cotton underwear I wear every day, which is full cut and almost 3 inches across at the narrowest part, but they quickly slid back when I tried them with my Icebreaker merino wool hipsters (similar cut but not much more than 2 1/2 inches). Some of the snaps are stiff, I hope they loosen a bit with use.
I have a few of the shorter pantyliners, which are great. But every now and then (heavier first days) I could use more coverage, but I don't want a full pad (because I'm using a diva cup...I just need backup protection). This longer pantyliner is perfect for those days! I use the long one on the first days, and the shorter ones after that. And the new fabric? Guh! GORGEOUS! Is it wrong to admire your pantyliners so much? :)
This is my favorite style of GladRags yet... It's super comfortable, and fits perfectly! Thanks so much!
The longer pantyliners are perfect - just right when a standard pantyliner isn't enough, but a full pad-and-liner would be too much. Comfortable cloth, beautiful patterns to choose from, and the product quality that Gladrags is known for - I just can't thank them enough for offering such a great alternative!
I only wish I had ordered more of these! If you have tried the regular pantyliners and have been disappointed, these are MUCH better. They are longer (but not too long) and not as bulky. I would say they are about equivalent in length as a regular, conventional, disposable pantyliner (but of course much better). I wash mine in the washing machine and line dry, and they have held up well.
I wear these most days. They are the perfect size for any eventuality. Please keep making them!
These long panty liners are so nice! These are by far better than disposable panty liners, so soft and comfortable you can almost forget you are wearing one. I think that Gladrags long panty liners are much better sized and fitting than the regular panty liners, and I highly recommend them.
My motivation was a latex & chemical allergy that causes me to get a light rash from disposables. That said, these are more comfortable than I recall disposables ever being, back when I could wear them. The light disposables are always a bit annoying, between absorbing oils from the skin and the sticky/rough sides of the pad folding up along the edge. These are comfortable enough to be worn outside the menstrual cycle, such as incontinence during a very long airplane flight. The extra length of these is well worth getting, unless perhaps you are size small. It reduces the chance that blood will by chance miss the pad. My only complaint is that the standard bag for portability is not designed for this extra length.
