Returns and Shipping
Web orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding major U.S. holidays. If you'd like to place an order by phone, please call us at 1-800-799-4523. We're happy to to help you find the best items for your needs. You may also leave your order information on our secure voicemail system.
We know that satisfied customers are the best advertisers! So we want you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We make quality products that last for years and we stand behind them. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right.
If you are using GladRags for the first time, we request that you try just one pad (please wash it first) to be sure you are satisfied before washing the whole order. If you should decide to return them, keep the one you used and send the unwashed, unused pads back to us for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).
How to Make a Return on Products Purchased from www.gladrags.com
If an item is defective, such as a pad with a broken snap, we will happily replace it. Just send us an email describing the defective item and make sure to include your mailing address and order number if possible.
If you'd like return or exchange all or part of your GladRags.com order for any other reason, please send us an email with the following information:
- GladRags.com Order Number (can be found in your confirmation email or on your packing slip)
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- If you would like an exchange, which items you would like to receive.
- The best way to contact you
Once we have received your information, we will let you know if we require any items to be sent back to us and will work with you to settle any additional charges for an exchange.
Please note: Product refunds are granted up to 90 days from date of purchase, excluding international orders. Please see our international return policy below. DivaCups and Lunette Cups are not eligible for return or exchange, due to manufacturer policies.

Returns of Products Purchased from Stores or Other Online Retailers
If you purchased GladRags, The Moon Cup, The Keeper Cup, or any other GladRags product from a store or another online retailer and you want a refund, you must take or send your receipt and your packaging to the store where you purchased it for a refund. DO NOT TAKE THE PRODUCT. Please be aware that many stores and e-tailers do not accept returns. Their policy will override our return policy if you buy from them. If you need a simple exchange, we may be able to accommodate you. Please contact us for assistance.
International Shipping Rates and Returns
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the USA. Certain additional products may also be excluded from some countries due to regulations.
All International Orders (excluding Canada) are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the shipping expense and labor involved.
If an international parcel is returned to us because of non-payment of duty, taxes, or fees, or marked "unclaimed", our refund back to the credit card will be minus the shipping/handling charge and will include a 15% restocking fee. Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back at our warehouse in satisfactory condition.
