XO Flo and GladRags cloth pads are designed to be comfortable and effective for most bodies. And while we’re confident that you’re going to love your new menstruation experience, we offer you this Period Pledge: If after 90 days (that’s about three cycles!) and assistance from the GladRags team, our products are not meeting your menstrual needs, please contact us for store credit or a refund. (Some restrictions apply, please see below for details.)
Before getting started with your new GladRags products, please read these tips to make sure you have the best experience possible:
We recommend washing your products before use. However, if you are using GladRags for the first time, please wash and try one pad only to be sure that you are satisfied before washing your whole order. Only never-washed, never-used GladRags pads may be returned for a refund or store credit.
Menstrual cups may come with a learning curve (so did using a tampon for the first time!). XO Flo is designed to be simple to use, comfortable, and effective, however, it can take a few cycles for some bodies to find the most comfortable, leak-free positioning. We recommend wearing a pantyliner as back-up until you feel confident. Please get in touch if you need any guidance.
GladRags are made by hand, and occasionally an item may have a minor issue that is not up to our standards (such as a broken snap). If you receive an item you believe to have a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us right away to describe the issue so we can make it right. Please see our warranty below for more information on getting a replacement.
Always refer to the instructions included with each product for usage and care details. We are not able to replace items damaged by improper care.
Web orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding major U.S. holidays. We ship in simple, discreet packaging, although our company name and return address is present on the shipping label itself. To return never-used, never-washed GladRags cloth pads for a refund:
1. Circle the items on your packing slip that you are returning.
2. List the reason for return next to the item name.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product refunds are granted up to 90 days from date of purchase, excluding international orders. Please see our international return policy below.
If you purchased a GladRags product from a store or another online retailer (such as Amazon) and you want a refund, you must take or your receipt and your packaging to the store where you purchased it for a refund. DO NOT TAKE USED PRODUCTS BACK TO THE STORE. We request that all authorized dealers honor our return policy, however many stores and e-tailers choose not to accept returns. We are unable to assist with returns of products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the USA. Certain additional products may also be excluded from some countries due to regulations. In accordance with federal law, GladRags is unable to take any fraudulent steps to bypass taxes or fees charged to the consumer, including but not limited to: undervaluing or mislabelling items on customs declaration forms or marking merchandise as 'gifts.'
All International Orders (excluding Canada) are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to the shipping expense and labor involved.
If an international parcel is returned to us because of non-payment of duty, taxes, or fees, or marked "unclaimed", our refund back to the credit card will be minus the shipping/handling charge and will include a 15% restocking fee. Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back to us in satisfactory condition.
GladRags provides a limited warranty on products sold only through GladRags.com or by our authorized dealers. Authorized dealers are selected for their ability to properly represent and sell GladRags products. Unfortunately, GladRags products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so and do not meet our expectations of quality and customer care. You may view authorized dealers here (this list may not be comprehensive). Please contact us directly before purchasing if you are unsure if the seller is an authorized dealer of GladRags products.
A note about sellers on Amazon.com: Many resellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of GladRags products. When purchasing GladRags products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly in the header for each product. Often, it can appear that products are being sold by the manufacturer when this is not the case.
Warranties are non-transferable. Second-hand items, including sales from websites such as ebay and Craigslist are not covered by our warranty.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in your GladRags products.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for 5 years from the date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
What Will GladRags Do?
GladRags will replace any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to you.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an acts outside of our control (such as a fire or other loss) are not covered. This warranty also does not cover staining, discoloration, fading, or any cosmetic change that does not affect the usability of the product or any change that has resulted from the use of household bleach or other harsh cleansing agents not included on product usage and care instructions.
How Do You Get a Replacement?
Please email a detailed description and photos if available of the suspected defect to email@example.com. . You may be asked to provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer (such as a packing slip or order confirmation email). Items purchased from Unauthorized Dealers are not covered under this warranty. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
