Why am I not seeing wholesale pricing on the items in my cart?
First, make sure you are logged in with your wholesale account. Once you are logged in, click the "Shop Wholesale" link in the bottom right corner of the page. This will bring you to the dealer form, where you will see products with wholesale pricing. Please be aware that not all of our products are available wholesale.
What do I do if a customer wants to return an item?
If a customer complains of a defective product, please notify us immediately so that we may replace the item. If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item and it falls within your return policy, please honor the retun. DO NOT accept used products -- the customer may simply dispose of the unwanted items. We will send you a replacement product or credit your account.
Can I choose the colors of pads in my wholesale order?
At this time, we are not able to provide color options on wholesale orders. We will send you a selection of our popular prints when you order color pads. If you have a preference, you may note that in your order notes and we will do our best to honor it. Before noting your preference, please check the consumer product page to view which options are currently in stock for that item.
Does the MAP policy mean I have to sell GladRags products at a certain price?
No. We will never enter into any kind of agreement regarding the price at which our products may be sold. The MAP policy simply refers to the advertised prices of our products. Please read our policy thoroughly and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding how you may advertise GladRags products.
Can I return overstock products?
Yes, with prior approval from GladRags. If you find you have over-ordered stock, you may return items in new condition to us. These items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us if you have GladRags products you would like to return.
