Period Cravings: chocolate-dipped strawberries

White-chocolate-dipped strawberries arranged on parchment paper in a glass baking dish

Welcome to our first installment of Period Cravings! Today we're sharing a delightful recipe for chocolate-dipped strawberries, inspired by our new Garden Party collection. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings during your flow!

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries - 1 container
  • White chocolate melts - 1 package

Other Supplies:

  • Toothpicks
  • Microwave-safe glass bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking dish
  • Parchment paper

To make this delicious treat, you'll need just two main ingredients: strawberries and white chocolate melts.

Additionally, gather a baking dish, parchment paper, a glass bowl (for melting the chocolate), a spatula, and toothpicks.

Begin by washing the berries and patting them dry with a clean towel.

Next, skewer the strawberries from the top, ensuring that a portion of the toothpick remains exposed for easy dipping.

Now it's time to melt the white chocolate. Place the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe glass bowl and heat them in 15-second intervals, stirring with a spatula in between. The chocolate is ready when it becomes smooth and easy to stir.

Once the chocolate is melted, hold the top of the toothpick and dip the strawberry straight down into the chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off by pulling the berry up.

Lastly, place the dipped strawberry into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Let them cool in a chilled area for approximately 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Now you can enjoy your delicious creation!
