I use (day pads) for light incontinence. Store bought pads made me break out in a yeast/fungal infection on my girly bits. These do not chafe and I can quickly get a new pad as soon as one becomes too moist. Best of all, I do not feel guilty about throwing pads in a landfill.

These pads wash and dry well right with my underwear load. They are very comfortable and suspect they will be great for sports also. For some reason I have noticed that I have been less incontinent with these pads than with the throw away pads.

How many pads do I need?
Most people start with 6–12 pads depending on flow and washing routine.
How do I wash them?
Rinse → machine wash → air dry or right in the dryer. Easy.
What's the difference between pad types?
Pantyliner is for light protection, Pantyliner Plus adds coverage (in length), Day Pad is most versatile, Night Pad is for overnights or our longest protection.
