      "I don't think I'll ever go back."

I was skeptical at first but I've been using GladRags for six months and I could barely feel them. Way more comfortable than anything I'd used before. Genuinely surprised.

I have really sensitive skin and the organic line changed everything. No more irritation. I wish I'd found these years ago. They absorb a surprising amount.

I use them for light leaks with my cup. Way easier to deal with in public than period underwear. Changed in a work bathroom with zero issues. I'm converted.

      We've heard everything.

Nothing surprises us anymore. Here are the ones we get most.

      • It depends on your cycle length, how heavy your flow is, and how often you do laundry — exactly what the quiz calculates. Most people need between 8 and 18 pads to start.
      • Yes — and it's easier than period underwear or a cup. A used pad folds and snaps closed, goes in a small wet bag in your bag. About 30 seconds. No smell, no bulk. We sell wet bags too if you need one. And most kits come with one!
      • Plus pads are about 2 inches longer and slightly wider than standard — designed for extended front-to-back coverage. The Night Pad Plus also adds absorbency; the Pantyliner Plus and Day Pad Plus add coverage only. If you tend to bleed toward the front or back, Plus is for you.
      • We're not going to pretend they're not more expensive upfront. But a GladRags pad lasts 5–10 years. Disposable pad costs rose 41% from 2019–2024. Over 5 years, a full stash typically saves $300–$600. The quiz shows your personal number.
      • All of our pads use 100% cotton fabric. Our organic line is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton — and we offer an undyed and unbleached option, designed for people with skin sensitivities or those who want to avoid all synthetic processing. It's our best-selling line for a reason. Both use cotton fabric layers; all pads use Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified polyester construction thread.
