Order Minimums, Shipping & Returns
Order Minimums:
Our wholesale order minimum is $200.
Shipping:
For free shipping within the United States, your order must be $500 or above. We do not offer free international shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Most orders ship within a few days of placement. Out of stock or backordered items may be delayed for up to 2 weeks without notice.
Please note that the shipping service selected at checkout has full control of any package once it has left our office. Tracking is emailed to the shipping confirmation email address. All tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping service (either USPS or UPS). GladRags does not have access to additional tracking information and is not responsible for package delays, losses, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by the shipping service, or for any issues that arise due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. For packages marked as 'Delivered' that have not been received, customers should contact their local USPS or UPS facility for further assistance and claims.
Local Pick-up:
Local pickup is available to those within the Portland area. Please schedule an appointment for pickup with us via email after you've received notification that your order is ready. Order pickup times are available during our regular office hours only (9 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Thursday).
Returns & Cancellations:
All wholesale sales are final. If you choose to cancel your wholesale order, or if your order is returned to us for any reason, including non-payment of customs fees, the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your return. If a customer complains of a defective product, please notify us immediately so that we may replace the item.
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item and it falls within your return policy, please honor the return. DO NOT accept used products -- the customer may simply dispose of the unwanted items. We will send you a replacement product or credit your account. All orders must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortage and damages. Any claims for damages must be made directly with the shipping carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If there is concealed damage or a shortage, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods.

By purchasing GladRags products, you agree to abide by our Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP). You may find a copy of our MAP Price List below. Please note that we will not enter into any kind of agreement regarding the price at which our products may be sold. The MAP policy simply refers to the advertised prices of our products. Please read our policy thoroughly and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding how you may advertise GladRags products.
E-Commerce Listings:
Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found in our wholesale catalog or on GladRags.com. The supplier name must be listed as GladRags. GladRags images, logos and photography are the exclusive property of GladRags. Product images are provided in our Vendor Kit for your convenience. Written permission from GladRags is required to use any other images.
