Please be aware that not all of the products available to consumers on our website are available for wholesale purchase. You must purchase from the Wholesale Order Form in order to receive wholesale pricing.
Unpackaged Products
Pre-approval is required to purchase "unpackaged" products. Approved accounts may order unpackaged products here. Unpackaged products are available to our fully "zero waste" stores only, as our bold and beautiful recyclable packaging is useful for many consumers in understanding and making purchasing decisions about our products.
Policies & FAQ
Return policy:
All wholesale sales are final. If you choose to cancel your wholesale order, or if your order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, the items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your return.
If a customer complains of a defective product, please notify us immediately so that we may replace the item. If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item and it falls within your return policy, please honor the return. DO NOT accept used products -- the customer may simply dispose of the unwanted items. We will send you a replacement product or credit your account.
Minimum Advertised Price policy:
By purchasing GladRags products, you agree to abide by our Minimum Advertised Price Policy. You may find a copy of our MAP pricelist here. Please note that we will not enter into any kind of agreement regarding the price at which our products may be sold. The MAP policy simply refers to the advertised prices of our products. Please read our policy thoroughly and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding how you may advertise GladRags products.
Drop-shipping:
We do not offer drop-shipping, but have joined forces with Honest Green to ensure our products are available in that capacity.
Can I choose the colors of pads in my wholesale order?
At this time, we are not able to provide color options on wholesale orders. We will send you a selection of our popular prints when you order color pads. If you have a preference, you may note that in your order notes and we will do our best to honor it. Before noting your preference, please check the consumer product page to view which options are currently in stock for that item.
Payment & credit:
All wholesale orders placed on GladRags.com must be prepaid. Wholesale accounts wishing to purchase with terms may submit a credit application. Requirements for payment terms:
- Minimum purchase of $1,000 per order.
- Purchase orders must be submitted via email.
- Up to 10 business days lead time.
- First order must be prepaid.
Payment terms may be revoked at GladRags' discretion at any time.
